The shop and patio centre has a shaded courtyard with a working pool, pump and filter options on display, a robotic cleaner running and a pool net alarm to test. Stock covers pumps, filters, robotic cleaners, heaters, chlorinators and spares, with paving, parasols and spas in the showroom.
A routine visit takes in backwashing the filter, brushing the walls, vacuuming, checking equipment, balancing the water chemistry on site and cleaning the chlorinator electrode. Fair-wear parts are swapped as they go and anything larger is quoted first.
The team covers the southern suburbs from Muizenberg to Pinelands, the City Bowl and the Atlantic Seaboard, six days a week. Work outside what they take on, new pool construction included, is referred rather than turned away.
