NSPI Gold – 2022 – Restoration

Stack doors open from the dining area onto the patio, and a steel-framed glass balustrade lines one side of the deck. The interior reads as a clean pale blue with a darker base, and large-format grey paving wraps the coping. A child's pool float and small chairs sit alongside. The restoration brings the courtyard pool back to a calm, geometric finish suited to the modern house.
