The rectangular pool's pale interior gives the water a soft, almost tropical aqua tint, bordered by warm timber decking on either side. Behind it, teal herringbone-tiled walls frame a raised planter clad in patterned grey-and-white tiles, planted with strelitzias, from which a slim water blade slips quietly into the shallow end.
